2. Restoring Infrastructure
From crumbling roads and bridges to old water mains, West Virginia's infrastructure needs its share of attention. Dr. Surface will fight for sensible investments that modernize our transportation and utility infrastructure, give rural communities a fair shake, and make every tax dollar go as far as it can.
3. Expanding Access to Healthcare
With decades of medical experience, Dr. Surface understands the challenges families face in accessing quality healthcare. He will push to update rural health centers, keep physicians practicing, and expand telemedicine services so that no West Virginian must drive for hours to access basic care.
4. Preserving Constitutional Liberties
Dr. Surface is committed to protecting the rights of all West Virginians, including free speech, the Second Amendment, and keeping the government accountable to the people it serves.
